1 I agree to being subscribed to Camerata Chicago's email list (at no extra cost) for the purposes of receiving logistical and other information relating to this concert and notification of forthcoming events. In the unlikely event that this concert is relocated, cancelled or otherwise changed in some way, Camerata Chicago will inform you via its subscriber list. The subscription is automatic and you don't need to do anything. After the concert you can easily unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive emails. Camerata Chicago sends approximately 24 emails per year.

2 I agree not to record or video the event or any part of the event without permission from Camerata Chicago and I agree not to publish or otherwise make available any photograph, audio or video to any third party without permission, on social media, websites, online or in any other kind of publication.

3 In the event of any ‘act of God’ conditions causing a cancellation of the Event, I agree that my total entry fee is not refundable. We are happy to transfer tickets to another event presented by Camerata Chicago.

4 I understand and agree that situations may arise during the Event, which may be beyond the immediate control of the Event organizers (including all officials and event volunteers). I agree that to the extent permissible by law, the event organizers (including all officials and event volunteers), sponsors and other parties associated with the Event, have no liability to me whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss sustained by me during or in any way related to my attendance or participation in the Event.

5 I will attend and/or participate in this event in a manner that does not endanger either me or others.
